Worship is a time to meet God where he has promised to meet us in Word and Sacrament. We follow several worship outlines using some of the best music and hymns the church has ever produced, historic and modern. Each worship outline is called Divine Service because we understand that worship is first of all about what we need to receive from God. Then, the response of God’s people is praise.
Worship reflects a more casual atmosphere blending both the ancient and the modern. There is Scripture, prayer, song, and a message — along with guitars, drums, and keyboard. 10:46 not only refers to the time when worship begins, but also to Acts 10:46 which beautifully describes the Holy Spirit creating faith in people and leading them into worship today — as well as then as “they heard them speaking in tongues and praising God.”
Available for all. Summer Sunday School meets outside and uses a themed 6-8 week series!
Will be available for those who miss worship on Sunday. Services will be every Wednesday evening and will continue year round. Each Wednesday uses the previous Sunday’s sermon and hymns in a more relaxed and simpler format. Holy Communion will be celebrated on the third Wednesday of the month.
